Thinning out duplicates in my cigarette lighter collection. This is a NEW,  REMEMBRANCE  brand, advertising BUILDER'S Concrete AND SUPPLY in excellent condition. Made in USA. Tape measure opens to 36 inches and has a level bubble on the reverse side. I kept it up on a shelf with my cigarette lighters.   I never smoked, just started collecting concrete advertising "stuff" and wound up with 350 cigarette lighters etc. surrounding my office. $6 shipping to continental USA only.
